As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the heart of this mission—designing and building the systems that power job matching, real-time tracking, secure payments, and mobile experiences for both customers and engineers.
You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside talented engineers, product managers, and designers.
This is a high-impact role where your code directly shapes how businesses find reliable engineers and how engineers grow their careers on our platform.
What You'll Do
Design, build and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices powering the FE marketplace platform.
Develop and optimize secure backend services connected with PostgreSQL and Redis.
Build authentication, authorization and payment integrations using modern backend technologies.
Improve platform performance through caching, optimization and scalable architecture.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
3+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development.
Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js / Express.
Solid understanding of REST APIs and HTTP fundamentals.
Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
Experience with GraphQL APIs and Apollo.
AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda).
Familiarity with Redis caching.
Experience in FinTech or Marketplace products.
Open-source contributions or GitHub portfolio.
