Field Engineer connects customers with certified engineers and verified vendors for infrastructure, networking, telecom and field service operations.

Customers must provide accurate information, ensure site accessibility, maintain safety compliance, make timely payments and cooperate during project execution.

Engineers must complete assigned work professionally, follow safety standards, maintain work logs, upload accurate reports and protect customer information.

Vendors must maintain active compliance documents, provide qualified engineers, ensure SLA commitments and support dispute resolution.

Prices shown are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on scope. Payment processing is secured and platform fees may apply.

Cancellation rules apply based on timing and circumstances for both customers and vendors/engineers.

Refunds are reviewed based on service quality issues, duplicate payments or unfulfilled service requests. Processing time: 5–7 business days.

All platform content, software, designs, trademarks and materials are the property of Field Engineer Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access in all regions or industries.

Field Engineer acts as a platform connecting customers, vendors and engineers and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service execution.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraudulent activity, policy violations, non-payment or repeated abuse of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
